Limerick East): The application referred to in the question was lodged in the Land Registry on 17 September 1984. It is an application for registration of title under section 49 of the Registration of Title Act, 1964. Applications of this kind involve detailed and complex examination of title. At present there is a long delay in processing them. It is not possible at this stage to say how soon a decision will be made in this case.
