asked the Minister for Finance if he will state in relation to St. Joseph's Schools for Deaf Boys, Cabra, Dublin 7, when the necessary report might be furnished to enable progress to be made with the proposals for a new school for the deaf.

The Office of Public Works has made a report to the Department of Education on the tenders for the proposed new school for deaf boys at St. Joseph's, Cabra. When the approval of the Department of Education is received the manager of the school will be authorised to accept the recommended tender.
