Control of Bulls for Breeding Bill, 1985: Financial Resolution.

I move:

"That for the purpose of any Act of the present session to make provision for the regulation and control of bulls used for breeding and to make provision for the repeal of the Live Stock Breeding Act, 1925, it is expedient to make provision for the charging by the Minister for Agriculture of such fee as may from time to time be prescribed for the granting to a person of a permit to have an unregistered bull in his possession."
