asked the Minister for Health the year in which Cork regional hospital was completed; the nature of the work which has required part of the front of the hospital to be covered in scaffolding; and the estimated cost of the work to be carried out.

Cork regional hospital was completed in 1978. The scaffolding referred to has been erected to facilitate the inspection and remedying of some minor defects in an inaccessible portion of the external finish in accordance with the instructions of the hospital's design team. Costs are not yet available.
