The applicant in this case was informed that the grant could not be paid until the works were completed in accordance with the Department's requirements for grant purposes. It has recently been confirmed by the applicant that the outstanding works have been completed. Accordingly, a final inspection will be arranged as soon as possible with a view to a payment of the grant, if in order.
