Vol. 359 No. 1

Written Answers. - Medical Card Eligibility.

551.

asked the Minister for Health if he will review the request for a medical card made by a family (details supplied) in Dublin 1 that requires constant medical care for three children with a skin allergy.

Eligibility for a medical card is a matter for the chief executive officer of a health board. In this instance I am informed by the Eastern Health Board that the application from the family in question for a medical card is being reviewed.
