Vol. 359 No. 3

Written Answers. - Nenagh (Tipperary) Company.

727.

asked the Minister for Labour if he will now arrange for the payment of pension fund entitlements as promised to the former employees of Castle Brand Limited, Nenagh, County Tipperary, in liquidation.

The trustees of the occupational pension scheme in the company have recently made an application to my Department for payment of certain outstanding contributions to the scheme from the redundancy and employers' insolvency fund. The application, which was submitted through the liquidator of the company, is being considered as a matter of urgency.
