Local Radio Bill, 1985: Order for Second Stage.

Bill entitled an Act to provide for the establishment of a body to be known as An Coimisiún um Raidió Áitiúil or in the English language as the Local Radio Commission; to confer on it functions in relation to local sound broadcasting and to community sound broadcasting; to amend the Wireless Telegraphy Act, 1926, and to provide for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid.
