European Communities (Amendment) Bill, 1985: Order for Second Stage.
Bill entitled an Act to amend the European Communities Act, 1972, so as to provide that the Treaty concerning the accession of the Kingdom of Spain and the Portuguese Republic to the European Economic Community and to the European Atomic Energy Community and the decision of the Council of the European Communities relating to the accession of the Kingdom of Spain and the Portuguese Republic to the European Coal and Steel Community shall be part of the domestic law of the State.
