Limerick East): This is an application for first registration. It was lodged in the Land Registry on 29 May 1982. It is a particularly complex case involving detailed examination of title in the Land Registry resulting in protracted correspondence with the solicitors for the applicants since 23 August 1982. The most recent piece of correspondence was a Land Registry letter to the applicant's solicitors on 13 February 1985. The Land Registry have no record of having received a response which would enable them to proceed with consideration of the application.
