A grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house is completed and occupied and that all the conditions applying to the grant scheme have been fulfilled. The file has been referred for final inspection with a view to payment of the grant. Payment of the mortgage subsidy cannot commence until the grant has been paid and the applicant submits his claim form duly completed and certified by the relevant lending agency.
