I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that as recently as 14 November 1985 the taxpayer's agents requested a review of his liability for the year 1984-85. The inspector will write to the agents as soon as possible for certain additional information required for the purposes of the review. Any repayment which may be due will be made to the taxpayer on completion of the review.
