An Bille um an Deichiú Leasú ar an mBunreacht (Uimh. 2), 1985: Ordú Don Dara Céim. Tenth Amendment of the Constitution (No. 2) Bill, 1985: Order for Second Stage.

Bille dá ngairtear Acht chun an Bunreacht do leasú.
Bill entitled an Act to amend the Constitution.

Tairgim: "Go dtógfar an Dara Céim in am Comhaltaí Príobháideacha. I move: "That Second Stage be taken in Private Members' time."

The purpose of the Bill is to provide for the holding of a constitutional referendum to delete from the Constitution the present prohibition whereby the Oireachtas may not legislate for the dissolution of marriage and to insert into the Constitution safeguards within which the Oireachtas may legislate for divorce.
