It is not possible at this stage to state precisely when tenders will be invited for the building of a PE hall at Portmarnock community school. The hall will be built to a standard plan prepared by the Department's consultants. However before tender documentation can be prepared some additional planning is required in regard to the development of the site and site services in connection with the hall. While the project will be expedited as far as possible it is likely that it will be some months before the Department is in a position to seek tenders.
