When a firm of bona fide building contractors, registered as employers with the Revenue Commissioners, carry out works to a dwelling in which they have a proprietary interest, such works will be considered for grant purposes where they are appropriate to the scheme and are carried out in full by the contractor's employees and details of each employee (including PRSI numbers) are furnished to my Department.
