asked the Minister for Education if, having regard to the overcrowded and deplorable conditions of Rosegreen national school, Cashel, County Tipperary, she will do all possible to expedite the commencement of the work of the extension and reconstruction; her proposals in the matter; and when the work will commence.

Tenders for the extension of Rosegreen national school, Cashel, County Tipperary, are currently under examination in my Department. A decision on the question of the acceptance of a tender for the project will be conveyed to the school authorities as soon as possible. It is not possible at this stage to say when building work may commence.
