The first named person was not eligible for nitrogen subsidy as he had more than the maximum number of cattle permitted under the scheme.
The second-named applicant did not furnish a herd or flock number on his application form. His flock number has now come to hand and arrangements are being made to pay the subsidy as soon as possible.
