Vol. 364 No. 8

Written Answers. - Combat Uniforms for FCA.

40.

asked the Minister for Defence if, after 17 years, his Department have any plans to issue combat uniforms to FCA members.

It is not proposed to issue combat uniforms to FCA personnel. The incidence of duty for which combat uniforms might be regarded as appropriate does not warrant the substantial financial outlay which would be involved in their issue.
