Flexi-milk does not become available in the way implied in the question. It is not allocated to co-operatives by my Department but becomes available within co-operatives as a result of producers ceasing milk deliveries or reducing them below the level of their quotas. As stated in my reply of 5 March each co-operative has a quantity of flexi-milk available but the exact amount is dependent on the extent to which producers in the co-operative are delivering below their quotas.
