asked the Minister for Health if further to his reply to Parliamentary Question No. 20 of 20 November 1985 he will indicate what further action he has taken or proposes to take regarding the agreement between the Eastern Health Board and the Institute of Clinical Pharmacology regarding the provision of a site within the grounds of St. James's Hospital, Dublin, and the terms under which the site is provided; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Discussions are now in progress between the Eastern Health Board and the Institute of Clinical Pharmacology Limited, on this matter. Pending completion of these discussions I do not propose to comment further on the position.
