Notification of completion of the works approved for grant purposes on 26 February 1986 has not been received by the Department. Apart from this, the applicant has nominated a different contractor to execute the works than the one originally named on the application form and the new contractor's eligibility to participate in the house improvement grants scheme is at present being examined in the Department. In the circumstances the question of the payment of a grant does not arise at this stage.
