asked the Minister for Justice if he will increase the financial limits applicable to the civil legal aid scheme operated through the law centres as the financial limits currently applicable are now considerably out of date with the result that persons who cannot afford legal assistance and who are on low incomes do not qualify for legal aid and advice.
