Vol. 365 No. 11

Written Answers. - Tax Free Allowance.

42.

asked the Minister for Finance the current tax free allowance of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 6, taking into account his life assurance policy.

The Revenue Commissioners have advised me that an amended certificate of tax-free allowances for 1986-87, incorporating the correct amount of life assurance relief due, was issued to the taxpayer on 28 April 1986. The taxpayer has now been granted all the allowances and reliefs to which he is entitled for that year.
