asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will make arrangements to allocate a division of land to a person (details supplied) in County Galway.

The allocation of land is reserved by law to the Land Commissioners and I have no function in the matter.

72.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he is aware that in a recent divide of land (details supplied) in County Wexford by the Irish Land Commission two of the foremost small farmers adjoining the property divided did not receive any land; the reason; the steps he will take to make those two farmers viable; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The allocation of land is reserved by law to the Land Commission and I have no function in the matter.
