The firm in question did not receive any such payment from AnCO in 1983.
In 1984 the company received payment from AnCO in respect of an analysis of training and development requirements of senior AnCO personnel and participation in the development of a training programme in respect of same.
In 1985 the firm received payment from AnCO in respect of services provided in the course of the recruitment by AnCO of senior personnel.
