The projected time for completion of the project in question given by Kilkenny County Council in its application for assistance under the scheme was three years. I sanctioned the undertaking of a pilot scheme in respect of four of the houses involved on 11 March 1986. The matter will be further considered on submission by the council of details of the outcome of the pilot scheme.
