On 3 May 1986, I made regulations entitled the Road Traffic (Speed Limits) (County of Donegal) Regulations, 1986 (S.I. No. 103 of 1986) providing for revised speed limits in County Donegal generally. The Regulations, which come into effect on 19 May, include the provision of a 40 mph speed limit in Liscooley.
