Vol. 366 No. 9

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take Nos. 29 and 30. By agreement, the Dáil shall sit later than 9 p.m. today and not later than 11.30 p.m. and business shall be interrupted at 11 p.m. Also by agreement, the proceedings on the remaining Stages of No. 29, if not previously concluded, shall be brought to a conclusion at 11 p.m. today by one Question which shall be put from the Chair and which shall in relation to amendments include only amendments set down by the Minister for Justice. Private Members' Business shall be No. 53.

I should like to raise on the Adjournment the purchase of the well known mineral water firm of Dwans by C and C. This allows a monopoly which would control 80 per cent of the mineral water business in the country. It will mean the loss of 50 jobs, 15 of them in the town of Fermoy——

I will communicate with the Deputy.

I wish to raise on the Adjournment the subject matter of Question No. 34 on today's Order Paper.
