Vol. 367 No. 1

Written Answers. - Money Outstanding to County Councils.

39.

asked the Minister for the Environment the amount of money outstanding to each county council following the High Court case on rates for farmers on a county by county basis.

I would refer the Deputy to the reply to Question No. 699 of 4 December 1984 (Official Report vol 534, No. 7, col. 13/2). The figures given in that reply remain unchanged except for reductions of £59,364 in the case of Cork County Council, £2,621 in the case of Donegal County Council, £6,714 in the case of Kildare County Council, £1,924 in the case of Laois County Council and £4,312 in the case of Tipperary (SR) County Council.
