The college will be built on a site of 26 acres approximately which has been acquired from the Dominican Fathers in Tallaght. Facilities will be provided in the college for 1,200 students and these will include general classrooms, laboratories and workshops, drawing offices, a library and canteen, a general purposes recreation area and administrative offices.
