Vol. 367 No. 2

Written Answers. - Castlemaine (Kerry) Garda Station.

69.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will arrange as soon as possible for aesthetic and traditional reasons to use the original stone to replace the wall which has been built around the Garda station in Castlemaine, County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I have examined the request that the original stone be used to replace the newly constructed wall at Castlemaine Garda station. Having regard to the professional advice I have received and the extra cost involved I do not consider any change in the wall that has been provided is justified.
