Limerick East): As indicated in a reply to the Deputy on 3 December 1985, the plant in question was closed as a result of over-capacity in the market place for its product. I am informed by the Industrial Development Authority that the owners of the plant are keeping the situation under review but have no plans, at present, to reopen the plant.
