Vol. 367 No. 8

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Blackwater (Wexford) Sewerage Scheme.

13.

asked the Minister for the Environment when it is proposed to start the Blackwater sewerage scheme on behalf of Wexford County Council.

I approved the acceptance by Wexford County Council of tenders for this scheme on 25 March last. It is now a matter for the council to make the necessary arrangements with the contractors to commence work on the scheme.

Fair play to Deputy D'Arcy. He is a good Deputy for the area. He does a good job.

I am sure Deputy D'Arcy will be tremendously pleased to learn of the support that exists for him on the Fianna Fáil side.

What question are we on? What about Question No. 14?

It was dealt with before the Deputy came in.

One must be about one's job.
