A proposal to provide a sewerage scheme for the Glenconnor and Rockfield housing estates is included in Tipperary (SR) County Council's 1986 small water and sewerage schemes programme which I have approved. I notified the council of their capital allocation of £191,000 for this programme on 28 February. It is entirely a matter for the council to select from the approved programme those schemes they wish to carry out within the allocation.
