asked the Minister for the Environment when a supplementary new house grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

One of the conditions for payment of grants under the previous new house grant scheme was that an applicant's earnings could not exceed the income limit in operation under the scheme. A grant could not be paid to the person named as his certified earnings exceeded the statutory limit and he has been so informed.

26.

asked the Minister for the Environment when payment of a home improvement grant will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick.

On receipt of notification of completion of works, an inspection will be arranged with a view to payment of the grant.

27.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he will arrange for a house improvement grant to be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Offaly in view of the fact that the work was passed six weeks ago.

This grant will be paid within the next few weeks.
