Vol. 368 No. 8

Written Answers. - Grant Payment.

109.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he has re-examined the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 5 where an application for a house improvement grant in respect of the replacement of windows was rejected on the basis that they were not considered sufficiently rotten; and if he has been made aware of the fact that due to their very bad condition, rain water leaks in and because of bad warping, the windows cannot be closed.

This case is being re-examined and the Deputy will be notified of the outcome.
