The application has been rejected because, in accordance with the conditions of the scheme, the required waiting period of seven years has not elapsed from the date of the payment of a repairs grant in respect of the house.

The application form in this case was returned to the applicant in April 1986 for completion but has not yet been returned to the Department. On receipt of the completed application an inspection will be arranged with a view to determining eligibility for a new house grant.
