I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that a review of the taxpayer's liability for the year 1985-86 has been carried out and an overpayment of £194.68 has emerged. A cheque in settlement will be issued to the taxpayer as soon as possible.
The inspector will now write to the taxpayer for the details required to determine if he is entitled to a further refund for 1985-86.
