Sketch plans have been prepared for this project and it is expected that they will be approved within the next two weeks. This will enable the working drawings to be prepared. I would anticipate that the project will reach tender stage in about four or five months.
Some delay has occurred in planning this extension because of inadequacies in the existing heating and electrical systems which had not been identified in the original proposal.
