Vol. 369 No. 1

Written Answers. - Fethard (Tipperary) National School.

425.

asked the Minister for Education the repairs and extensions which professional advisers have given to his Department in relation to the improvement works at St. Patrick boys' national school, Fethard, County Tipperary; the cost of these improvements; and when they will be made.

My Department's professional advisers have been asked to carry out a feasibility study in order to determine how best the accommodation needs of St. Patrick's national school, Fethard, County Tipperary, can be met. A report has also been sought on the structural condition of the school building. Due to enrolment fluctuations at the school the exact accommodation requirements have yet to be determined.

When the study and report have been received and considered, my Department will be in contact with the school authorities.
