Following a detailed survey of the site for the proposed replacement school referred to, my Department will in the near future commence the preparation of a sketch scheme including costings for the project.

asked the Minister for Education when the necessary finance will be made available to build an extension to a school (details supplied) in County Galway; the amount of money that will be available; the date on which work will commence; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
Revised working drawings are currently under examination in the Department. At this stage the specific allocation of finance does not arise nor would it be possible to say when construction will be commenced.
