On receipt of notification that the house is completed and occupied a final inspection will be carried out with a view to payment of the grant. Payment of the mortgage subsidy will not arise until 12 months' loan repayments have been made and the applicant submits the appropriate claim form to the Department duly certified by the lending agency.
