There is no record in the Department of the receipt of an application for a house improvement grant from the person named. However an application was received from a person with the same name and a broadly similar address. In that case a grant was paid recently.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he will expedite payment of a new house grant to a person (details supplied) in County Roscommon.
The grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house has been satisfactorily completed and occupied and that all the conditions applying to the grant scheme have been fulfilled. The inspection will be carried out within the next few weeks.
