It will be the duty of the Custom House Docks Development Authority to secure the redevelopment of the Custom House docks area and for that purpose to prepare a planning scheme indicating the nature and extent of the development proposed and proposals in relation to the overall design. 17 November 1986 has been appointed as the day on which the authority will be established and the chairman and ordinary members have already been appointed.
