Architectural planning of the new regional technical college is proceeding with a view to the earliest possible start of building work. The developed sketch scheme has recently been submitted by the design team and at present it is being examined in my Department.
However, at this early stage of planning, it is not possible to give an exact date for the commencement of building work.
