My Department operate a scheme of grants to voluntary organisations in the social services area under which grants may be awarded for once-off projects but not generally for day-to-day administration costs. The details concerning numbers of staff and occupants are not available in my Department as the grants are not paid on the basis of those numbers. The names of the organisations running hostels for homeless or deprived children and the amounts paid are as follows:
