It is proposed to take No. 11.

By agreement the Supplementary Estimates being introduced today will be taken immediately after leave has been granted for their introduction.

Also by agreement, the following arrangements shall apply in relation to the Supplementary Estimates being taken today:

(1) The question necessary to bring the proceedings on Vote 50 to a conclusion shall be put not later than 12 noon today.

(2) Votes 25, 26 and 27 shall be taken together for the purpose of debate and the questions necessary to bring the proceedings thereon to a conclusion shall be put not later than 1.45 p.m. today.

(3) The questions necessary to bring the proceedings on Votes 10 and 13 to a conclusion shall be put not later than 5 p.m. today.

Would it be possible for the Minister for Communications to make a statement today in relation to the continuing strike in Galway Post Office and Dundalk Post Office? This has caused widespread difficulties in both those areas from an economic and social point of view.

I have allowed the Deputy to make his point but it does not arise in this way on the Order of Business.

Possibly you would allow this on the Adjournment. The people have a right to know what is happening in both those disputes.

I will communicate with Deputy Leyden.

I hope you realise how serious the matter is.

I live in Cavan.

I wish to raise on the Adjournment the reported use by representatives of the US Government of Irish passports in Iran, how they managed to get home with those passports and what the Government will do in regard to it.

I will communicate with Deputy Mac Giolla.

I wish to raise on the Adjournment of the Dáil this evening the subject matter of Question No. 112 on the Order Paper of 30 October regarding the lack of finance for the Cappanalea outdoor education centre near Killorglin, County Kerry. This is a very urgent matter.

I will communicate with Deputy John O'Leary.

I wish to raise on the Adjournment the subject matter of Question No. 24 on 22 October and the other questions related to it.

I will communicate with Deputy J. Leonard.
