asked the Minister for the Environment when a new house inspection will be carried out for a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath who applied to his Department on 14 March.

The inspection will be carried out in the next few weeks.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he will arrange to have a re-evaluation carried out for a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath who has received a very low reconstruction grant sanction.

A maximum grant of £2,000 has been approved in this case for the carrying out of necessary repairs to the basic fabric of the house. The grant applicable to pre-1940 dwellings cannot be allowed as the estimated cost of the works did not reach the qualifying threshold of £4,000 in accordance with the conditions of the scheme.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a new house inspection will be carried out for a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath.

The inspection will be carried out within the next few weeks.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a new house grant inspection will be carried out on behalf of a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath who has now concluded all works to his house.

There is no record of the receipt of an application for a new house grant from the person named.
