Vol. 369 No. 7

Written Answers. - Ballyduff Upper Garda Station.

47.

asked the Minister for Finance when repairs will be completed to Ballyduff Upper, Garda barracks, to include proper toilet facilities.

All the outstanding repair works have been completed at Ballyduff Upper Garda station and the station is in a satisfactory state of repair. The installation of proper toilet facilities at the station is dependent on the provision of a septic tank which will necessitate the acquisition of an adjoining strip of land. The Commissioners of Public Works have been unable to acquire the strip of land due to prolonged difficulties with the title. The commissioners hope that these problems will soon be resolved but pending this they are unable to say when the toilet facilities will be provided.
