The question of providing a lift at Kilrush District Hospital is a matter for consideration by the Mid-Western Health Board in the first instance. No application for a capital grant for this project has been made by the board to my Department, and, if such an application was made, it would be considered in the context of the total set of applications for funding that are currently on hands.
